24 Days of Drawing
A winter drawing prompt a day, from December 1 to 24, 2026. Each one works as a ten-minute sketch or an evening's painting, in any app or on paper, and each can be a character, a place or a still life, as you like.
Free, no sign-up. Winter, not any one holiday. Missed a day? Every prompt stays open.

How to take part
- Draw the day's prompt, for as long or as little as you like.
- Fall behind and catch up, or pick the ones you like: there's no streak.
- Share it if you want to, tagged #24DaysOfDrawing, so others drawing along can find it.
In Rindraw
In Rindraw 1.6.2 and later, 24 Days of Drawing sits at the top of the New Drawing menu. It shows the day's prompt with its hint, each day opening at midnight where you are, and starts a canvas named for the day, "Day 1 · First Snow", so all 24 line up in your gallery. A day you've started gets a checkmark.
The update also brings a Winter brush set: Falling Snow, Frost, Pine Bough and String Lights, with the snow, snowflake, starfield, fog and glow brushes already in the app.
Questions
Do I need Rindraw to take part?
No. The prompts work in any drawing app, or on paper. Rindraw shows the day's prompt and makes a canvas named for it, but that's only a convenience.
What if I miss a day?
Draw it later. There's no streak to break: every prompt stays open, so you can catch up, skip some, or draw all 24 in a weekend.
Can I share what I draw?
Yes, wherever you like. If you tag it #24DaysOfDrawing, others following the prompts can find it.
Is it a Christmas challenge?
No. The prompts are about winter: snow, cold light, warm rooms, animals. They leave holidays out, so they work wherever you are and whatever you celebrate.
