RindrawCanvas sizes for drawing
An A4 canvas is 2480 × 3508 pixels at 300 dpi, and US Letter is 2550 × 3300. Below are the pixel sizes for print, comics, webtoons and social posts, at the resolution each one needs, and how to set them up in Rindraw.

Print, at 300 dpi
300 dots per inch is what most printers ask for. Multiply the size in inches by 300 to get pixels, or divide millimeters by 25.4 first.

- Bleed is art that runs past the trim so nothing white shows at the edge: 0.125 in on each side for most US printers. Keep lettering and faces at least 0.125 in inside the trim. Some printers use a smaller bleed, so check their spec sheet.
- WEBTOON takes JPG or PNG images up to 800 × 1280 pixels and 2 MB each, up to 100 images and 20 MB an episode. It slices a long image for you.

Setting up a canvas in Rindraw
Choose New Drawing › Custom Canvas, then give the width and height in pixels, millimeters, centimeters or inches, with a resolution from 1 to 2400 dpi. Save it as a preset to use again. A3, A4, A5, US Letter, US Legal, 4 × 6, Square and 4K are built in.

Why the size matters less in Rindraw
In most drawing apps the canvas size is the most detail you'll ever get: a sketch drawn at screen size stays at screen size. Rindraw keeps each stroke as the path you drew, so when you export at a bigger size it draws the strokes again at that size, sharp. Pick the canvas for its shape, then export as big as the print needs. Pictures you import are the exception: they're pixels, and stay at the size they came in.
For a series, such as a comic with several pages, frames can sit side by side on one canvas and leave as a PDF, a page each. Coming from Procreate? Your canvases come with you.
