Erase whole strokes
Every stroke in Rindraw stays a stroke, so the eraser can take a stray line away whole, with nothing left at its edges.
How to do it
- Choose the Eraser, then tap it again to open its brushes.
- Tap the eraser button at the top of the list, then choose Whole Strokes It Touches.
- Drag across what should go. Every stroke the eraser touches is tinted.
- Lift, and they all go as one step. Undo brings them back.
Settings
- Paint Where It Goes
- The usual eraser: it rubs out paint under the pen.
- Whole Strokes It Touches
- Every stroke the pen touches on the layer goes, whole.
- Size
- How far round the pen it reaches: the eraser's size, set with the side bar's slider.
Tips
- The eraser's icon fills while it takes whole strokes. Put Erase Whole Strokes in a Quick Menu slot to switch in one tap.
- It takes what you can see. Paint you've already rubbed out isn't touched there, and smudges, pictures, text, fills and other layers stay.
- While drawing together, the strokes go for everyone. With someone on an older Rindraw, it rubs out paint instead.
