Clipping masks and masks on groups

Groups work like layers here. A group can clip to the layer below it, a layer can clip to a group below it, and a group can have its own mask to hide part of everything in it.

How to do it

In Layers, tap a group, then tap it again to open its options.
Choose Clipping Mask to clip the whole group to the layer below.
Or choose Mask, then Add Mask, and paint on it: black hides, white reveals.
To clip a layer to a group, put the layer just above the group and turn on its Clipping Mask.

Settings

Clipping Mask: Shows the group only where the layer below has paint. It's greyed out when there's nothing below to clip to.
Mask: Black hides, white reveals, grays in between. Delete the mask before ungrouping.

Tips

Rindraw opens Procreate and Photoshop files with their clipping and groups as they were.
