Outline a layer, for stickers and lettering

The Outline filter draws a line round everything on a layer, outside its edge. It stays live, so when you change the drawing, the outline follows, and you can change its width or color any time.

How to do it

1. In Layers, tap the layer, then tap it again to open its options.
2. Choose Filters, then Add Filter, then Outline.
3. Set its Width, Opacity and Color.

Settings

Width

0 to 40 points.

Opacity

0% to 100%.

Color

Any color, white for a sticker's border.

Tips

• Add a second Outline after the first, in another color, for a double border.
• Put the outline on a group to outline everything in it as one shape.
• To take it off, open it from Filters and tap Remove.
